Job Description
As a CPR Registered Nurse at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals, you will deliver critical nursing care across diverse patient populations. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare teams to implement care plans and enhance patient safety, all while promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Work within nursing division and departmental policies
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Enhance professional growth through educational programs
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
