Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients
Design nursing care plans and assist in overall care plan development
Observe patient behavior and perform triage and crisis intervention
Write treatment plans and administer medication
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Follow departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards
Participate in orientation and preceptor responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Obtain and maintain Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
