Adhere to core expectations of the Patient Centered Medical Home
Ensure quality customer service and resolve issues
Assist patients in accessing community resources and financial assistance

Problem-solve and inform leadership of departmental needs
Maintain and report statistics regarding programs and services
Document client encounters as instructed
Participate in committee functions and hospital-wide activities
Enhance professional growth through educational programs
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Administer medications and assist with emergency measures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
BSN or Bachelor's in Related Discipline
