Join the University of New Mexico - Hospitals as an RN Supervisor Surgical Services Coordinator, where you'll lead and mentor nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care while promoting a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff
Supervise staff and patient care delivery
Educate staff on new equipment and procedures
Act as a clinical resource and role model for department personnel
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Deliver safe direct patient care
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
