Key Responsibilities
Visit customers’ homes to solve problems and introduce smart home tech
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services
Maintain a clean work area and a professional demeanor
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
Schedule flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft) and lift up to 70 lbs
Customer focus and problem-solving skills
Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with smart home technology
Prior customer service experience
