Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assign nursing personnel to specific patients using independent judgment
Supervise and direct staff providing patient care
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, families, and other departments
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives such as quality improvement
Ensure adherence to hospitals and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Native American languages (Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo)
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
