Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and technicians to patients using independent judgment
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shift
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Act as liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and other departments
Deliver safe direct patient care and ensure quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
