Key Responsibilities
Perform key assessments and prepare patients for surgery
Monitor vital signs and manage pain and post-op complications
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe procedures
Supervise nursing staff and deliver quality patient care
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Native languages (Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, Navajo)
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
