Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Specialist in Client Integration Support, where you will play a vital role in onboarding clients onto our Brokerage platform. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and support for Personal Choice Retirement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, driving positive change in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client development, testing, and deployment integration
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and integration needs
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation
  • Work with Agile delivery team to craft high-quality user stories
  • Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
  • Participate in Quarterly installs for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
  • Experience in financial services
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects with short timelines
  • 2-3 years Data analysis
  • 3-4 years strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3-4 years Agile (scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
  • 2 years SQL, script writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3-4 years’ experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
  • 2 years SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
  • SAFe certified
  • API experience
