Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a mental health/psychiatric environment.
Design nursing care plans and ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies.
Assess health status and coordinate patient care activities.
Administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and families.
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Registered Nurse (RN) in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Obtain and maintain Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
