Key Responsibilities
Perform key assessments and start IVs for preoperative patients
Monitor vital signs and manage pain in post-anesthesia care unit
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe procedures
Supervise nursing staff and assign patient care
Act as liaison between patients, families, and healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
