Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients
Design and implement nursing care plans
Administer medication and treatment
Conduct patient assessments and triage
Facilitate group therapy and education sessions
Chart and document patient conditions and treatments
Maintain safety and therapeutic environment
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Obtain and maintain Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
