Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Serve as clinical mentor and role model for staff
Assume relief charge duties as designated
Document nursing care and ensure adherence to hospital policies
Assist with patient care assessments and treatments
Provide education for patients and families
Maintain supply stock levels and ensure equipment is operational
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
