is HIRING NOW and seeking friendly and customer-focused BDC Service Representatives to join our busy Business Development Center.In this role, you will manage a high volume of service appointments, answer inbound service calls, and provide outstanding customer service to our current and potential customers. As the first point of contact, youll ensure a positive experience and seamless service while supporting the operations of our Service Department.

Responsibilities BDC Service Representative:

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient shop flow.
  • Handle inbound service calls, answer inquiries, and assist customers with service-related concerns.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding appointments, service recommendations, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and other dealership departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming first impression for all service customers.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the service team.



Requirements BDC Service Representative:

  • Customer service, BDC, or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong phone communication skills and confidence handling high call volume.
  • CDK, X-Time, and Carmen scheduling platform experience is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and answering customer questions about our extensive service offerings.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow directions, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
