Job Description

The Registered Nurse - CPR RN provides direct nursing care to diverse patient groups while ensuring adherence to clinical policies. This role requires a minimum of ten shifts per schedule, with a focus on quality patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
  • Work within hospitals and departmental policies
  • Implement and document individualized care plans
  • Assist with special tests and procedures
  • Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
  • Assist with emergency measures for sudden patient developments
  • Administer medication and document clinical findings
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Promote patient safety and report concerns

Required Qualifications

  • Program Graduate
  • 1 year directly related experience
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
  • RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
  • 3 years directly related experience
  • Nationally Certified in area of specialty
  • PALS
  • TNCC and/or ENPC
