Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate educational programs
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Follow patient safety-related policies and protocols
Identify educational needs and analyze practice gaps
Develop instructional programs and implement educational curricula
Evaluate educational program outcomes and revise plans as needed
Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing education
Provide leadership in professional practice and create a healthy work environment
Integrate evidence-based practices and promote scientific inquiry
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
CPR, ALS, or ILS Age Appropriate Instructor Certification within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or Related Discipline
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
