Key Responsibilities
Assign nursing personnel to patients using independent judgment
Supervise staff and patient care delivery on designated shift
Ensure adequate staffing to meet patient census
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Participate in orientation and assume precepting responsibilities of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
