Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing and technician staff and patient care delivery on designated shift
Assign nurses and technicians to patients
Ensure adequate staffing to meet patient census
Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing staff
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
