Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical services including fillings, crowns, root canals, and cosmetic procedures
Perform thorough exams and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Manage multiple treatment rooms and maintain a productive schedule
Drive production by optimizing chair time and delivering efficient care
Lead and mentor dental assistants and collaborate with hygienists
Partner with studio managers to hit production goals and uphold clinical standards
Engage in ongoing professional development
Required Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current, active dental license in the state
Current CPR/BLS certification
Active DEA registration
Minimum 2 years of experience in private practice or similar setting
Comfort with modern technology and digital workflows
Invisalign certification
