The CPR Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to patients across all age groups in a dynamic environment. This role involves clinical leadership, collaboration with healthcare teams, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and preceptor training for new staff
Administer medications and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Report potential or actual patient safety concerns
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
PALS
TNCC and/or ENPC
