Job Description

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance USA, you will tackle customer inquiries in a collaborative environment while benefiting from a paid training program to help you obtain your insurance license. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
  • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
  • Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months Call Center experience
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
