Key Responsibilities
Adhere to and promote the core expectations of the Patient Centered Medical Home or Specialty Practice

Document all client encounters per the electronic medical record
Maintain and report applicable statistics regarding programs and client services
Enhance professional growth through participation in educational programs and workshops
Follow patient safety-related policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
1 year directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
BSN or Bachelor's in Related Discipline
