Job Description
Join the University of New Mexico - Hospitals as a CPR RN, where you will provide essential patient care and clinical mentorship in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Educate patients and families about preventive care and medical issues
Assist with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Document nursing care and ensure follow-up on abnormal results
Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
