Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Clinical leadership and mentorship for staff
Patient education for patients and families
Assisting physicians with tests and treatments
Documenting medical history and triaging care
Administering medications and performing routine treatments
Participating in orientation and evaluation of new personnel
Ensuring adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
