Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
Assist physician with special tests, procedures, and complex treatments
Document medical history and ensure patient medical records contain necessary information
Administer medications and perform routine treatments
Serve as a mentor to patients to promote self-management and empowerment
Provide education for patients and families about preventive care and medical issues
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
