Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate clinical and non-clinical educational programs.
Ensure adherence to Hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Identify educational needs and practice gaps.
Develop instructional programs and implement educational curricula.
Maintain quality of instructional programs and effectiveness of nursing professional development.
Provide leadership and promote ethical practice.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Related Discipline
Master's Degree
3 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR, ALS, or ILS Age Appropriate Instructor Cert w/in 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
