Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff
Assist physician with special tests and procedures
Document patient care and ensure adherence to physician's orders
Participate in the training and evaluation of new personnel
Provide patient education on preventive care and medical issues
Ensure patient safety by following policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
3 years directly related experience
