Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients
Design and implement nursing care plans
Observe and assess patient behavior, perform triage and crisis intervention
Administer medication and treatments, including IV medications
Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
Participate in orientation and training of new personnel
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Registered Nurse in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Obtain and maintain Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish or other Native American languages
1 year directly related experience
