Key Responsibilities
Observe patients to ensure their safety and report observations
Provide basic patient care and record vital signs
Assist with activities of daily living (ADL)
Maintain therapeutic plan of care for high-risk patients
Document care in the Electronic Medical Record
Participate in professional growth and development activities
Follow patient safety policies and protocols
Encourage patient participation in their own care
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in accredited Nursing school
Completed 1 semester of nursing education
Basic Nursing Skills Course at Nursing School
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Temporary or permanent RN licensure within 6 weeks of program completion
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
