Key Responsibilities
Function as unit educator and clinical instructor
Provide educational leadership and enhance specialized patient care
Develop patient plans of care incorporating evidence-based research
Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Monitor trends and implement educational strategies
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Encourage patient participation in their own care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
18 months directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Bilingual (English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo)
3 years directly related experience
Current Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, etc.
