Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
Work within hospitals, nursing division and departmental policies
Implement and document individualized care plans
Assist with special tests and procedures
Participate in orientation and assume precepting responsibilities
Assist with emergency measures for sudden patient developments
Administer medication and document clinical findings
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Enhance professional growth through education and workshops
Follow patient safety-related policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Registered Nurse in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Spanish
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
