Key Responsibilities
Serve as the practice management specialist for acquisition and succession planning
Provide guidance to buyers and sellers in acquisition processes
Deliver presentations and workshops for advisors
Build a comprehensive business toolkit for advisors
Support Business Development team's practice management coaching programs
Develop expertise in MassMutual’s advisor platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years’ experience in financial services or serving small business owners
3+ years of experience working with financial advisors
Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
2+ years of experience in acquisition or succession planning
Deep understanding of issues facing financial advisors as small business owners
Advanced expertise in practice acquisitions and succession planning
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills in live and virtual formats
Ability to communicate nuanced concepts
Team player comfortable working independently
