Key Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic medical sonography services across various clinical specialties
Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital policies
Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment
Conduct patient clinical assessments and sonographic examinations
Review examination images and prepare preliminary findings
Maintain ultrasound equipment and conduct quality control procedures
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree
Program Graduate in a related discipline
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
NM Medical Imaging & Radiologic Therapy License (NMMIRT)
ARDMS or Ultrasound Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more ARDMS specialty exams
