Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in a mental health/psychiatric environment.
Design nursing care plans and assist in the development of overall care plans for psychiatric patients.
Observe patient behavior, perform triage and crisis intervention.
Chart and report observed symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and compliance.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
