Job Description
Join Intuit as a Tax Expert for the upcoming tax season, where you'll assist clients remotely in navigating their tax preparations. Leverage your tax expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our mission of powering prosperity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Interact with customers using video communication software and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities
