Key Responsibilities
Perform key assessments and start IVs before surgery
Monitor vital signs and manage pain in post-anesthesia care unit
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety
Supervise nursing staff and assign patient care
Lead nursing initiatives and ensure adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Program Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
