Key Responsibilities
Perform key assessments and start IVs for preoperative patients
Monitor vital signs and manage pain in post-anesthesia care unit
Collaborate with surgical teams for efficient procedures
Supervise nursing staff and assign patient care
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
