As a Supervisor - RN Outpatient, you will lead nursing staff, assign duties, and ensure quality patient care while maintaining a positive working environment. This full-time position offers competitive hourly rates and additional incentives for shifts worked.
Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses, technicians, and nursing care to patients
Designate shift and schedule assignments
Supervise staff and patient care delivery
Provide clinical leadership and serve as a clinical resource
Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
