Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members
  • Execute and develop action plans according to company goals
  • Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
  • Ensure team members receive proper training and mentoring
  • Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
  • Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Build community relationships to increase sales
  • Complete performance reviews for crew members
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
  • Leadership qualities and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college preferred
  • Restaurant management experience
