Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Execute and develop action plans according to company goals
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
Ensure team members receive proper training and mentoring
Create effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Build community relationships to increase sales
Complete performance reviews for crew members
Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
