Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients
Design and implement nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Conduct patient assessments and triage
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Coordinate with healthcare providers and team members
Participate in orientation and precepting of new personnel
Adhere to patient safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days
IV Certification within 6 months of date of position (may be required)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
