Key Responsibilities
Perform all RN Nursing duties
Assist in specialty clinic; triage patients as necessary
Coordinate activities related to patient care
Serve as liaison between patient/family and healthcare team
Counsel and teach families on medical conditions and procedures
Collaborate with specialty team about potential patient candidacy
Conduct professional and public speaking engagements
Provide statistical reports as needed
Review daily lab and diagnostic work
Coordinate diagnostic procedures post-surgery
Direct management of patient caseload pre and post-operative
Maintain departmental policies and procedures
Follow patient safety-related policies and protocols
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
3 years directly related experience
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
