Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and technicians to patients using independent judgment
Monitor staff attendance and patient care delivery on designated shifts
Supervise nursing and technician staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
Act as a liaison among physicians, staff, patients, and families
Deliver direct patient care and ensure safety standards are followed
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
