Join Intuit as a Senior Tax Associate and work remotely to help clients navigate their taxes using TurboTax. With a focus on customer service and tax expertise, you'll provide essential support during tax season.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
