Key Responsibilities
Operate the multi-line phone system to receive incoming calls
Obtain necessary information from callers to process calls efficiently
Transfer callers to the appropriate department or person
Welcome visitors and inform employees of their arrival
Maintain Forcura by uploading and faxing orders and documentation
Maintain inventory and gather supplies for clinicians
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as directed
Complete other assignments as requested
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year prior experience in operating PC and multi-line phone system
