Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and staff to patients based on independent judgment
Supervise staff and patient care delivery
Act as a clinical resource for staff
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients

Manage shift assignments and monitor attendance
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
Registered Nurse (RN) in New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English and Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
