Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients
Design nursing care plans and assist in overall care plan development
Interview, examine, and assess health status of patients
Observe patient behavior and perform triage and crisis intervention
Write treatment plans and administer medications
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens
Coordinate communication between physicians and patients
Follow hospital policies and ensure patient safety
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
1 year directly related experience
