Key Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients with therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation
Oversees a comprehensive rehabilitation program
Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination
Coordinates with various disciplines involved in patient care
Coordinates discharge goals
Acts as a patient advocate
Required Qualifications
Masters preferred
Detailed knowledge of occupational therapy
Basic computer skills
Understanding of rules and regulations in the setting
Less than one year experience in occupational therapy
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience providing infant/child developmental services
Competency or validation of participation in pediatric and NICU education and formal training
