Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for assigned psychiatric patients
Design nursing care plans and assist in the overall care plan development
Observe patient behavior and perform triage and crisis intervention
Write treatment plans and coordinate patient drug and procedure activities
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and provide emotional support
Perform various administrative functions and participate in research projects
Assist with emergency measures for sudden adverse developments in patients
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
IV Certification within 6 months may be required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
