Key Responsibilities
Assign nurses and technicians to patients using independent judgment.
Designate shift and schedule assignments, and monitor staff attendance.
Provide clinical leadership and ensure adequate staffing.
Supervise patient care delivery and act as a clinical resource.
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and support shared governance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Deliver safe direct care and maintain a therapeutic environment.
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
Nationally Certified in area of specialty
