Job Description

Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to work remotely, assisting clients with their tax returns. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and offers flexibility with a focus on customer service and tax expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products
  • Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
  • Manage product/software inquiries
  • Document customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of paid experience in tax preparation
  • Active PTIN
  • Unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws
  • Excellent customer service skills
